木刷草 Toothbrush rush (Equisetum ramosissimum)
木刷草是一種常見的蕨類植物，曬乾後的木刷草可當作天然潔齒棒，對去除牙齒表面污漬：如牙菌膜及由茶、咖啡及煙漬均有明顯效果。
木刷草之所以得名，全因草上有節，加上表面粗糙，所以用來搓擦物件可令表面變光滑。其細孔多、表面粗糙、纖維多的特質，使其能有效對應牙漬，功效相當顯著
使用前先用熱水把木刷草浸軟，等待大概3至5分鐘，看到微細的纖維浮現，就可用來洗刷牙齒。由於木刷草是以物理性方式，將牙齒表面污漬刮去，過量使用會對牙面琺瑯貨造成損害。因此建議相隔至少2-3星期才使用一次。
