Shipping fees will be calculated at check out after selecting your delivery address.

Tracking Number 郵件編號
Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified a tracking number via email, please do not be hesitated to contact us if you have any question regarding your shipments.

Shipping Methods 運送方式：
Hong Kong 香港
1) Office Pick-up 郵局領取 (1-3 Days)
Hong Kong Post will send you/the receiver (if it is a gift) a text message once the parcel arrived the post office you chose. You can then pick up your package with the mobile text message.
包裹抵達指定郵局後，香港郵政會發出一個 SMS 給收件人，收件人只需要憑該 SMS 就能到郵局領取郵件。
2) Delivery 上門派遞 (1-3 Days)
We ship most of our orders by Hong Kong Post, except larger parcels. For parcels in larger size, we will ship them by Yamato Transports. Your parcel will be delivered next day in most cases if there is no shipment delay.
In case you were out of home during the delivery attempt of your parcel, Hong Kong Post will leave you a pick up card for collection and Yamato Transport will call you for re-delivery arrangement.
一般包裹會透過香港郵政寄出，大型包裹則會由宅急便速遞寄出，通常於包裹寄出翌日就會派遞，如果派遞時沒有人收件的話，香港郵政會於信箱留低取件卡，而宅急便速遞會致電給收件人再安排派遞時間。

For "pre-order" items, expected delivery period will be stated on the pre-order product page. Please read it carefully before placing your order. The delivery date may change subject to the actual supply condition. Notification will be sent via email in case of any shipment delay.
